Writing a haiku is one of those distant memories, like the first time I tasted sweetness. I’m sure I wrote one, two, or more for English repetitiously clapping to myself, counting syllables.

So… I wrote SylLabel. A syllable counter for now, but at its core an æsthetic temp notebook. It’s immeasurably in -alpha and not fully tested. Because I almost didn’t catch that Leviathan(4) was outputting a count of five.

Happy Birthday and enjoy the Haiku.

Of the Ways, and of Vices and Virtues; And of the Rewards of Heaven and the Punishments of Hell

For they say that the course of human life resembles the letter Y, because every one of men, when he has reached the threshold of early youth, and has arrived at the place “where the way divides itself into two parts,” is in doubt, and hesitates, and does not know to which side he should rather turn himself.
